Cody Tompkins,

Cody is the founder and lead provider of Ozark Men's Health and Wellness. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority, he is an Arkansas native, born and raised in Hot Springs, who returned home to Northwest Arkansas after years of practicing in California and Arizona.

Over more than ten years in nursing, Cody has worked in emergency and critical care, hematology/oncology, and adult primary care, including UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and Banner Health in Phoenix. Most recently he spent four and a half years as a nurse practitioner caring for adults with complex, overlapping conditions in a well-established health system here in Northwest Arkansas.

Guided by his Christian faith, Cody is deeply committed to helping men achieve their full potential as husbands, fathers, professionals, and leaders. Ozark Men's Health opens in October 2026. He sees patients in person on Wednesdays at The Ledger in downtown Bentonville and virtually throughout Arkansas on other days, with flexibility to accommodate in-person visits outside that window when someone needs it.

Depending on your treatment plan and clinical protocol, some follow-up labs may then be eligible for at-home collection with the Access Labs BioBox, a pain-free, FDA-cleared kit with results in 24–48 hours. Labs should be collected in the morning (7–10 AM) for accurate testosterone levels.

The TRT Foundational Membership covers your testosterone medication (injectable or topical, direct-shipped), any clinically indicated ancillary medications (such as clomid or anastrozole), follow-up labs, virtual follow-up visits, body composition tracking, and direct messaging access to Cody. HCG is available as an add-on for an additional cost, since it's a significantly more expensive medication. Medical Weight Loss is a separate ongoing membership, and the two can be bundled if you're on both. No hidden add-ons.
Candidacy is based on symptoms combined with lab values. Many men fall within the "normal" lab range but still experience significant symptoms. We evaluate the full picture — free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, and your symptom burden — before making any recommendations.
Exogenous testosterone can suppress sperm production. If fertility preservation is a priority, we discuss options such as HCG, clomid, or enclomiphene before starting therapy. This is an important conversation to have upfront.
Most follow-up visits are virtual — by phone or video — for your convenience. In-person visits are scheduled when body composition measurements, vitals, or other hands-on assessments are needed. Cody sees patients in person on Wednesdays at The Ledger in Bentonville, with some flexibility to arrange another day when needed.
Most men notice improvements in energy and mood within 2–4 weeks. Full benefits — body composition, strength, and libido — typically develop over 3–6 months as levels stabilize. We track objective body composition data at every in-person visit so progress is measurable, not just subjective.

He brings over ten years of nursing experience, including emergency, critical care, hematology/oncology, and adult primary care at health systems such as UCLA Medical Center and Banner Health, along with additional education and training in men's health and hormone replacement therapy.
A cash-pay model lets us keep visits unhurried, spend real time on your labs and history, and recommend the treatment that fits you — not what a particular insurance plan will approve. It also keeps pricing transparent and predictable, with no surprise billing. Lab work itself is billed directly by Quest or Labcorp, separate from our fee, and you're welcome to submit our receipts to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
